Ingredients
1 cup onion puree ( 2 big onion)
1 cup tomato puree( 3 big tomato)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
150 gram paneer cubes
2 red onion big onion cut into cube petals
1 big capsicum cut into cubes
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kitchen king masala
1 tsp red chilly powder
dry fenugreek leaves
salt
4 tbsp oil
Method
Take pan add 1 tbsp oil saute the paneer cubes, capsicum and onion for few seconds.
Now take pan add remaining oil, add onion puree cook it till it start to leave oil, now add ginger garlic paste saute it till the raw aroma of garlic goes away.
Add tomato puree cook for few minutes till it start to leave oil from pan. add all the spices turmeric powder, salt, red chilly powder, garam masala, kitchen king.
Mix well everything properly add saute capsicum, onion and paneer cubes.
Add little water, roasted dry fenugreek leaves and cover the lid and cook it for few minutes so that all spices cooked properly with paneer.
Serve it with Roti or Naan.
