Ingredients
100 gm paneer grated
1 onion chopped fine
1 green chilly chopped
3-4 garlic cloves chopped fine
2 tomato
Salt
1/2 tbsp red chilly powder
1 tsp tumeric powder
1/2 tsp kasturi metthi
1/2 tsp garam masala
2-3 tbsp Oil
Method
Take pan add oil, and now add onion fry till golden brown, now add garlic cloves .
Now add tomato , green chilly and cook for 2 min , now add spices salt, tumeric, garam masala, red chilly powder
Now grated paneer cook for 2 min and mix it properly, add the kasturi metthi .
Add chopped coriander leaves for garnashing.
Serve hot with Roti.
