Ingredients

1 1/2cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp orange zest
1/2 tsp Orange essense
1 cup condensed milk
3/4 cup powder sugar
4-5 tbsp cold milk
2 tbsp edible oil

Method
First in a bowl wisk soft butter with sugar till it start to fluffy.

Then add orange juice, orange zest, orange essence , condensed milk. Wisk everything properly

Mix all the dry ingredients all purpose flour , soda, baking powder. Sieve all the dry ingredients 3 times so lumps get removed.

Add all the dry ingredients slow to wet ingredients and mix well their should not be any lumps init.

Add edible oil and milk mix it properly it should not be too thick or liquid form.

In a baking cake mold apply butter and dust it properly with help of all purpose flour.

Preheat the oven at 200 degree for 8-10 min.

Then add the cake batter to mold and bake it for 18-20 min at 180 degree in oven.

Using the tooth pick check whether its baked properly or not.

Unmold cake after it come to room temperature
