Ingredients
2 big onion grated
3 big blenched tomato puree
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 1/2 cup mix boiled Vegetables
(French beans, carrot, cauliflower, green peas, potato)
50 gram paneer cubes
4-5 Almond
12-14 cashew nuts
5-6 raisins
2 slice tin pineapple
1 tbsp melon seeds
1/2 tsp kitchen king
1/2 tsp dry fenugreek leaves
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 cup fresh cream
1 tbsp sugar(optional)
3 tbsp milk
4 tbsp Desi ghee
1 tbsp butter
Method
In a pan add 1 tbsp ghee roast the paneer and 5-6 cashewnut till golden brown remove it in plate.
In a mixture make the white paste by adding Cashewnut, melon seeds, Almond and little water.
Now take pan add ghee , add grated onion and saute it till golden brown ,add ginger garlic paste and saute till it get cooked properly and raw aroma of garlic goes away.
Now add tomato puree and cook it for 5-6 minutes till it start to leave oil.
Add all the spices tumeric powder, red chilli powder, kitchen king, salt. Mix well everything properly.
Now add boiled Vegetables , paneer cubes, fresh cream , milk,pine apple,dry fenugreek leaves , cashewnut paste. Add 1 cup water cover the lid and cook it on low flame for 5-7 minutes.
Note:-
1) Navratna korma is slight sweet in taste you can avoid sugar if you want.
2) Soak almond in hot water for few minutes and remove uper skin of it.
3) I had little pine Apple syrup also.
