Ingredients:
8-10 Big Red chilly
1/2 cup bhujiya sev
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp Fennel seeds(souf)
salt
1/2 tsp Dry mango powder
pinch asafoetida
2 tbsp oil
Method
Cut the red chilly into round ring shaped and wash it water.
Now take Kadia add oil, the add cumin seeds when it start to crackle add asafoetida, the add fennel seeds.
Now add Chopped mirchi and saute it for few minutes by adding 1 tbsp of water.
Add bhujiya sev mix well it and saute for 3-5 minutes.
Serve it with Roti.
