Ingredients
50 gram paneer
Cheese chilly Mayonnaise
Mexican Mayonnaise
Bellpeppers Yellow and red
1 tsp mix herbs
1 tbsp Mexican salsa sauce
1 big large Potato
1tbsp corn flour
Nachos

Method
In a bowl take the paneer cubes, Mexican salsa sauce, Mexican mayo sauce, bellpeppers, mix herbs and 2 tsp olive oil.

Microwave it for 3-4 min.

Grated the potato and soak in a water for 10 min remove it on a paper towel and let water get absorb , add corn flour on it.

now take two tea strainers. one strainer should be slightly large. in the large strainer, place some portion of the grated potatoes.
with your fingers press and make an even layer of the grated potatoes all around the strainer.
you can even use a spoon and press with it to get an even layer. spread the grated potatoes evenly all over the sides and center. the center should not be thick.

Place the another strainer on it and deep fry in oil till golden brown.

Don’t remove immediately the above strainer as you may feel it get Sticky. Let potato turn golden brown and crispy.

Now place the mexican stuffing on lacchha katori and serve it with cheese chilly Mayonnaise and nachos
