A frozen ice-cream made from the milk and khoya which is freeze in the matki shape mold . Their are lots of dry fruits added to it, also the saffron flavor enhance the taste of the kulfi. Matki kulfi is the best ice cream to present in any function and its easy to made recipe at home.
Ingredients
1 litre milk
200 gram khoya
8-9 tbsp sugar
Saffron
1/2 cup dry fruits
1/2 tsp elaichi powder
Method
In a big wok start boiling milk till it become to 1/3 then add khoya mix well it properly. Boil for few more minutes
Take 2 tbsp milk add saffron to it mix well and add to boiling milk.
Now add sugar , elaichi powder and dry fruits.
Let it cool down to room temperature pour it in matki shape and store it in deep fridge for 6-8 hours.
