Ingredients
8-9 Idly cut in cubes
1 onion chopped fine
1 small capsicum julienne cut
fresh chopped coriander leaves
8-9 curry leaves
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp Shambhar Masala
salt
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
Method:
Take wok or pan add oil , then mustard seeds as soon as it start to crackle add curry leaves , chopped onion and saute it till it start to be become golden brown.
Now add capsicum and saute it for few minutes .Add turmeric powder , Idly which is cut into cubes, salt, shambhar masala, red chilly powder and fresh fresh coriander leaves.
With it with coconut chutney by adding some sesame seeds.
