Ingredients
2 cup boiled rice
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp urad Dal
5 tbsp peanut
8-9 cashew nuts
7-8 curry leaves
1 tsp mustard seed
1 dry red chilly
3-4 green chillies
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
Salt

Method
First heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, then add dry red chilly, peanut, cashew nuts , udad dal and fry for few minutes it it turn golden brown.
Then add chopped green chillies, curry leaves, tumeric powder ,salt then slower the flame and add boiled rice then add lemon juice and mix well everything properly.
