Ingredients
4-5 big potato
1 onion chopped fine
3-4 garlic cloves finely chopped
1/2 inch ginger
4 tbsp corn flour
1/2 cup spring onion leaves
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp chilly sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp schezwan sauce
1 tbsp schezwan Mirchi
Oil
Method
Cut the potato into french fires shapped but little thick then french fries, semi boil the potato in water for few minutes don’t over boil it .
Take bowl add the boiled potato in it , add the corn flour and mix well and deep fry it in oil .
Don’t throw the corn flour which is left , add water and make it thin paste for gravy .
Remove from oil and keep aside
Take pan and add oil in it , add chopped onion, garlic ginger fine chopped , now add all the sauce , salt and corn flour water paste , if required add little water
Now add the fried potato , spring onion leaves, honey and schezwan Mirchi and mix well
Serve hot and spicy
