A yummy hara bhara kabab or starter which is easy to make in dinner or in any get together or special occasion. The hara bhara kabab name is give as the green spinach and green leafy vegetables are used to make it. kabab can be deep fry , shallow fry or can be grilled in tandoor also.
1/2 Bunch Spinach
4 boiled potato big size
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup french beans & green Peas
10-12 mint leaves
fresh coriander leaves
2 green chilies
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp gram flour
1/2 tsp dry mango Powder
1 tsp coriander cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chilly powder
First wash properly the spinach in running water so that all mud get properly removed.
Then boil the spinach in the boiling water for few minutes. Remove it from Water an squeeze it proper so that the access water gets removed properly.
Then take pan add gram flour and roast it till aroma comes of gram flour and it start to turn slightly brown. remove it in plate and keep aside. Don’t burn it.
In a same pan add 1 tbsp oil add french beans and green beans and saute it for few minutes.
In a mixture grinder add blenched spinach, french beans , green peas , mint leaves some fresh coriander leaves and a fine paste from it.
In a mixing bowl add the smashed potato then add spinach paste, add ginger garlic paste,chopped green chilies , roasted gram flour, corn flour, salt, coriander cumin powder, garam masala , dry mango powder and 1/2 cup bread crumbs for bending.Mix well everything properly.
Then some mixture in hand make small dough balls from it , flatten them and give patties like shape from it.
Cover the patties with bread crumbs properly garnish it with cashew nut.
Deep fry in oil till golden brown.
Remove it on the kitchen towel paper so that the extra oil gets absorbed.
Serve it Hot with ketchup or green mint chutney.
