1 large cauliflower
2 onion chopped fine
3 tomatoes chopped fine
7-9 cashew nuts
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 dry red chilly
1/2 inch ginger grated
3-4 garlic cloves
1 tbsp cream
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp kitchen king
dry fenugreek leaves
first remove the green color stem leaves of cauliflower,In a kadai cooked whole cauliflower in water for 6-8 minutes by adding the pinch turmeric powder and little salt. Kindly note that the cauliflower want get break into piece cut in such a way that cauliflower sit straight in a plate as we have to bake it .
Now take pan or kadia add oil ,add cumin seeds as soon as it start to crackle add red chilly , clove, bay leaf, add onion and saute it till golden brown, add grated
ginger and garlic cloves saute it till raw aroma of garlic goes away. now add chopped tomato, cashew nuts and cook it for few minutes it start to leave oil.
close the gas stove and remove it in a plate as it comes to room temperature grind in a mixture and make paste from it.
now take kadia add oil and add the paste and saute it for few minutes by adding all spices turmeric powder, red chilly powder,kitchen king masala, dry fenugreek leaves
crushed with hands mix well everything properly. add little water and cover the lid and cook for few minutes .Add cream at last and mix well everything
Now in a baking square bowl put the semi cooked cauliflower and pour the gravy into it.
Bake it for 8-10 minutes at 180 degree.
Serve it hot with roti or naan.
