2 cup fusilli pasta
2 onion puree
2 garlic cloves
3 tomatoes puree
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp chilly garlic sauce
1 tbsp red chilly sauce
11/2 tbsp italian herbs
5-6 tbsp tomato sauce
1 cup boiled vegetables
(Carrot, bellpeppers, grean peas)
1/2 tsp red chilly powder (optional)
1/2 tsp ajwain seeds
First boiled the pasta in water by adding 4-5 cup of water and 1 tbsp of oil.
In a pan add oil when it turn hot add ajwain, now add onion puree cook it till little brown color. Now add chopped garlic cloves.
Add tomato puree , salt and cook it till it start to leave oil.
Add boiled vegetables and all the sauces soya sauce , red chilly sauce, garlic chilly sauce, tomato sauce and mix well everything properly.
Add cooked pasta and italian mixed herbs mix it well .
Serve it hot or cold.
