On the occasion of the Raksha bandhan i had decided to make some starter, as it a rainy season going in august so sweet corn are easily available in monsoon. I had decided to make the crispy corn. They are crunchy in taste as is has been deep fry which is coated with corn flavor.
Crispy corn are awesome as the chat masala and lemon juice gives superb taste to crispy corn. Crispy corn are simple to quick to prepared starter.
Below is the method to prepared the crispy corn.
1 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
3 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
pinch roasted cumin powder
chopped fresh coriander leaves
oil for deep fry
First in a bowl take the sweet corn add corn flour mix well properly so that the corn flour get coated very well on sweet corn.
Deep fry it in oil till golden brown so it become crispy. Remove it on kitchen towel paper so that the access oil get absorb.
In a mixing bowl take the fried sweet corn, add red chilly powder, cumin powder, chat masala , lemon juice and fresh chopped coriander leaves.
Toast every thing properly .
remove it in serving bowl and served immediately.
1) Add the corn flour immediately after you remove the corn from boiling water so due to the some water on corn the corn flour get coated very well.
2) serve the crispy corn immediately as it will become soggy.
