Ingredients
2 cup penne pasta
4-5 garlic cloves
3 tomato
3 tbsp tomato sauce
1 small onion chopped fine
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chilly flakes
2 tbsp dry basil
3 tbsp cheese blend
2 tbsp cheese dip
1/2 cup cream
salt
4-5 tbsp olive oil
Method
In a pan first boil pasta by adding water and 1 tbsp of oil so that it want get sticky while cooking.
In a saute pan, add olive oil, add choped onion saute it till golden brown,add chopped garlic cloves saute it till raw aroma of garlic goes away.
Add blended tomato(Read Note) cooked it for few minutes till it get cooked properly.
Add cream, cheese blend,cheese dip,oreganao, chilly flakes and dry basil.
Now add cooked pasta and combine everything properly.
Serve it hot.
Note:-
you can take any varieties of pasta.
kindly boil tomato in water and then semi crushed in food processor.
You can also used fresh basil leaves.
