2 tbsp All purpose Flour
2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup Elbow pasta
1/2 cup bell pepper cut into julienne
1/2 cup Mayonnasie
1 cube grated cheese
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup tin pineapple cubes
1/2 tsp black pepper
First boil pasta in water for 10-15 min till they are cooked by adding 1 tbsp oil.
Take pan or wok add butter , add all purpose flour, mix well for 1 min, add milk and stir continuously at low flame so that their should be no lumps in it.Cook for 3-4 min till it start to become light thick in consistency don’t make it too thick.
let the sauce completely come to room temperature.
In a bowl Add boiled pasta salt, blackpepper,grated cheese, bellpeppers and pineapple cubes.
Now add white sauce and mayonnaise, toss well everything properly.
serve it cold.
