Ingredients
6-7 idli
1 Onion cut into cubes
1 capsicum cut into cubes
1 cup cut cabbage and carrot
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp chilly sauce
1 tbsp schezwan sauce
Salt
Chopped spring onion
Oil
Method
Take kadai, add oil , now add onion and capsicum , fry for few minutes , now add chopped garlic cook till raw aroma of garlic goes away.
Now add cabbage and carrot and cook for few minutes.
Add soya sauce, chilly sauce, schezwan sauce, salt
Now add idli cubes and chopped green onion leaves mix well everything.
Serve hot
