Ingredients
2 cup boiled rice
1 onion cut sliced
2-3 dry red chilly
1 tbsp garlic chilly paste
1 cup vegetables cut into juliennes
(Cabbage, carrot, bell pepper, tomato)
6-7 french beans chopped
1 tbsp Tandoori masala
1 tsp red chilly powder
Salt
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
Oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Coriander leaves chopped fine
Garlic chilly paste
7-8 garlic cloves
4-5 dry red chilly

Soak in it water dry chilly , in a grinder mix the garlic and red chilly ,salt ,make paste of it
Method
Take pan add oil in it, now add the cumin when it’s starts to crackel add chopped onion saute it till golden brown.
Now add the vegetables and salt and cook for few minutes.
Now add the garlic chilly paste, add spices tumeric , red chilly , tandoori masala , sprinkle little water taking it in your hand.
Cook it few minutes so that all the spices are mixed properly with the vegetables.
Add the boiled rice and chopped corriander leaves.
Serve hot
