Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup cooked Basmati rice
1 onion sliced
3-4 garlic cloves chopped
6-7 frenchbeans chopped
capsicum chopped julienne
cabbage chopped julienne
carrot cut into strips
green peas boiled
1 tomato chopped julienne
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1 tbsp bhaji pav masala
salt
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp cheese powder
1/4 cup grated cheese
chopped corriander leaves
grated cheese for garnishing
Method:
In a pan boil all the vegetables frenchbeans,capsicum,cabbage,green peas,carrot for 10 minutes in water till they are semi cooked.
In a pan add oil and butter, now add onion and saute till golden fry, now add the garlic and cook till raw aroma goes away
Now add all cut boiled vegetables, add salt , sprinkle water on it and fry till they are cooked fully.
Now add tumeric, red chilly powder, bhajipav masala and mix well properly everything, sprinkle some water on it so that the spices get cooked properly.
Now add rice ,cheese powder,grated cheese and gently mix well everything properly.
Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and grated cheese on it.
serve it hot.
