100 gram Makhana
2 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp cheese powder
1/2 tbsp mix herbs

In a kadai add ghee and roasted the Makhana in ghee for 6-8 mintues till they are golden brown and crispy.

Close the stove, add cheese powder, mix herbs and salt.

Mix it well everything.
