1 cup tomato puree(3 large tomato )
2-3 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger piece
1/2 cup cashewnut or magajtari seeds soak in water for 10min
2 dry red mirchi
1 tablespoon kasturi methi(dry fenugreek leaves)
1/2 tablespoon garam masala
1/2 tablespoon kitchen masala
3 tablespoon fresh cream or malai
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
4 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoon butter
salt to taste
3-4 boiled potato
1 1/2 tbsp cornflour
Small Cheese cubes for kofta
1 cheese cube for gravy
Smashed the boiled potato properly, add salt , cornflour, and mixed well , make round ball of it, put small cheese cube it , and deep fry it in oil
grind the soak cashewnut into smooth paste , you can also use magartari seeds also.
Make the onion ,garlic ,ginger, dry red chilly puree in mixture
Take pan add oil and butter, now add the onion puree cook for 2 min, now add tomato puree , add salt, tumeric , now add the white gravy ,cream and little water and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Now add all the spices red chilly powder, kitchen king,garam masala, kasturi methi ,add some grated cheese in it.
serve in to plate with kofta and garnish it with cream and fresh coriander leaves.
