Ingredients
2 onion
3 tomato
2-3 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger piece
1/2 cup cashewnut or magajtari seeds soak in water for 10min
2-3 cloves
2 dry red mirchi
1 bay leaf
1 black cardamon
1 tablespoon kasturi methi(dry fenugreek leaves)
1/2 tablespoon garam masala
1/2 tablespoon kitchen masala
3 tablespoon fresh cream
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
4 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoon butter
50 gram cheese cubes
salt to taste
for making red gravy
boil tomato and onion in kadia
take pan add 2 tablespoon oil fry the boil tomato and onion in it for few minutes .
add garlic cloves, bay leaf,red chilli dry, cloves,black cardamon,giner piece, let it cool down at room temperature .then grind the mixture and make smooth paste of it
white gravy
grind the soak cashewnut into smooth paste , you can also use magartari seeds also
Method
now take the pan add some oil and butter, add the red gravy cook for some time, now add the white gravy, also fresh cream cook it for some time by adding some water,
now add the spices, tumeric,salt, red chilli powder,garam masala,kitchen king masala,kasturi methi. now add the cheese cubes in it.
serve in to bowl and garnish it with by grating some cheese and fresh coriander leaves
