1 onion chopped fine
1 potato chopped fine
2 cup Poha
1/2 cup Puffed rice
2 green chillies
4 tbsp tbsp peanut boiled
3/4 cup boiled sweet corn and green peas
1 tomato small chopped
3/4 cup pomegranate
1 pinch tumeric powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
First take poha in large strainer.
Wash it 1-2 times by gently swifting them your fingures under running water. Drain the access water through the stariner. Add salt , sugar and keep aside.
just wash puffed rice in water so it get wet.
Take kadai add oil add cumin and mustard seeds as it start to sprinkle add chopped onion and saute it till golden brown.
Add curry leaves , chopped green chillies , potato. Cook it on low flame for few minutes.
Add tumeric powder ,poha and lemon juice, green peas, corn, pomegranate.
Mix well everything sprinkle some chat masala and serve it hot by garnishing it with chopped coriander leaves.
