Method
Make a dough by adding oil and water to all purpose flour.
Make a thin transparent sheet of it.
Turn the wok upside-down and spread sheet on it , using cloth press over it . Remove from it
Turn again wok and spread it in and using cloth make khakara golden brown by press cloth on it until it turn crispy
Remove from wok.
Apply ghee, sprinkle red chilly powder, chat masala , and fresh coriander leaves
Serve it with green chutney
