Ingredients
2 cup Coarse Gram flour(besan)
1/2 cup ghee
2-3 tbsp extra ghee if required
1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
1 cup powdered sugar
Method
Melt the ghee in a pan and keep aside.
Take heavy bottom pan, add besan and roast it till golden brown, keep note that do it on slow flame for 10-12 minutes. keep continuously stirring so that besan is not burned.
Now add the melted ghee to it and start roasting till it get cooked properly and it start to leave the nutty fragrance and it will start to leave ghee.
Add green cardamom powder and mix well properly.
Close the gas stove and add powdered sugar and mix well everything , stir well so that no lumps are found.
let it come to room temperature, apply ghee on palm of your hand and make ladoo from it.
Note:- you can add roasted cashew nuts and raisins.
