Ingredients
2 tbsp All purpose Flour
2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup Elbow pasta
1 cup grated cheese
3 cheese cubes
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup tin pineapple cubes
salt
Method
First boil pasta in water for 10-15 min till they are cooked by adding 1 tbsp oil.
Take pan or kadai add butter , add all purpose flour, mix well for 1 min, add milk and stir conituously at low flame so that their should be no lumps in it.Cook for 3-4 min till it start to become light thick in consistency.
Add salt, add grated cheese and pineapple cubes.
Now add pasta mix well everything.
Preheat oven for 4 min at 200degree, take macaroni in baking mold and add grated cheese at top and bake it for 5-6 minutes till cheese get baked properly.
