Ingredients
1 cup Rava(suji)
1/2 cup curd
1 onion chopped fine
1 tomato chopped fine
1/2 cup grated carrot
3-4 green chillies chopped fine
3/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
salt
oil
1 tsp baking soda
1 mustard seeds
6-8 curry leaves
oil for brushing
water

Method
In a bowl add suji, curd, chopped onion, chopped tomato,grated carrot,chopped coriander
leaves, chopped green chilies, add baking soda and add 1 cup water and mix it properly.

Add water if required conistensy should be like idly batter.

For tempting tadka
Take 2 tbsp oil in small tadka pan, add msutard seeds and curry leaves. and pour tempting
tadka on batter ,mix well everything properly.

Brush the appam pan with oil, pour batter in appam pan and cook it till golden brown.

Mint Coconut Chutney

Ingredients
1/2 cup coriander leaves
3/4 cup mint leaves
1/2 cup fresh coconut
3-4 green chillies
4-5 curry leaves

Tadka
3-4 curry leaves
1 tsp mustard seeds
salt
oil

Method
Add all the ingredients in mixture jar and make chutney by adding water in it.

For tempting tadka
Take 2 tbsp oil in small tadka pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. and pour tempting
tadka on batter ,mix well everything properly.
