Ingredients
1 big cauliflower
2 potato
1/2 inch ginger
2 green chilly chooped fine
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 pinch asofedia
1/2 tsp tumeric podwer
1 tsp corriander jeera powder
1 tsp red chilly podwer
1 tbsp sahi garam masala
1/2 tsp dry mango powder
1/2 tsp kasturi metthi

Method
Take pan add oil, cumin seeds till it turn golden brown, now add the ginger chopped fine, and green chilly, add the cauliflower cut into small piece and potato into piece , cook it on slim flame for 10 min till the potato and cauliflower cooked properly.
Now add salt, tumeric , garam masala, red chilly powder , corriander cumin powder, dry mango powder, and kasturi metthi.
cook it for 5 min till all the spices get cooked into it
Now garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
